We will usually ship within 7 business days of receiving cleared payment .Package will be shipped out by local postal service provider or courier service provider.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage cost. Handling fees are fix, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.
We cannot group two distinct order placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk but special care will be taken to protect fragile objects.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. Do not ship the damaged items back to us, this must be handled back by shipping company. If you ship the damaged item back to us, you will not receive a replacement or refund. Make sure you contact us about any damaged shipments and let us handle getting the items pick up.
If we are not able to supply the product ordered by the 7th business day, we will proceed with full refund. All Lenovo products come with at least 12 month of carry-in or on-site original manufacturer warranty. Within 7 days upon receipt of the device, should the device especially laptop, tablet and smartphone is death on arrival (D.O.A) e.g not powering up, not functioning or no display, you will be advised to go to the nearest Lenovo Authorized Service Centre to obtain a D.O.A no, a replacement unit will be shipped to you within 3 business day. After the 7th day, please visit the nearest Lenovo Service Centre nationwide or call Malaysia Toll Free at 1800-22-0116 for IDEA Series or 1800-88-0013 for THINK Series.
