Shipping And Delivery :

We will usually ship within 7 business days of receiving cleared payment unless otherwise stated in the product page. Package will be shipped out by local postal service provider or courier service provider.

Packages are with tracking link and drop off without signature. Whichever which shipment choice you make, we will provide you with link to track in the email.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage cost. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of shipment. We advise you to group your items  in one order.

We cannot group two distinct order placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package  will be dispatched  at your own risk but special care will be taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If we are not able to supply the product ordered and paid by the 7th business day for items ordered, we will proceed with full refund. For items with a estimate time of available / arrival (ETA) specified, the promised date of delivery will be 7 working days from the ETA to be entitled for full refund.

 

Product warranty policies:

 

 All Lenovo products come with at least 12 month up to 3 years of carry-in or on-site original manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated.

For carry in product warranty, please visit the nearest Lenovo Service Centre nationwide or call Malaysia Toll Free at 1800-22-0116 for IDEA Series or 1800-88-0013 for THINK Series.

For onsite product warranty, please call the above support hotline no to arrange for onsite support. 

Please retain our invoice / receipt as proof of purchase.
